An Adventure To Indianapolis

This past weekend Sam and I went to Indianapolis with Sam's brother Will, and sister-in-law Krystyna. We attended the Indiana Vintage Wine festival on Saturday. It was a perfect day for an outdoor festival. The sun was shining, the wine was chilled, and the company couldn't be beat. After the festival we walked a few blocks into the center of the city and enjoyed a bit of sightseeing downtown. Sam and Will are huge Rangers fans so we found ourselves at a sports bar watching the Stanley Cup finals.

Sunday morning, we enjoyed brunch downtown. Before heading home we took a stroll along the canal that runs through the city. We will have to return to Indy at some point, an adventure could be had by simply renting kayaks and exploring the entire canal. 

 I had never been to Indianapolis before but, it made a lovely first impression. The city was clean, the people were friendly, and I learned that Indiana has some solid winery's. Here are a few of the shots from our adventure filled weekend:
